A run through a night city, taken one step at a time. You choose attack path A or B on every step, clear up to 30 opponents, and meet a boss at the end. Withdraw is live the whole way.
Hotline Money is a step-based instant game from 100HP and plays on steps instead of reels. It shares part of its name with unrelated releases from Spribe, NetEnt and Apollo Games, and those are different games.
Three ways to open the game, all on one account.

A wider screen keeps the fairness panel open beside the field while a round plays out.

The main facts, in roughly the order you meet them in a round.
The fairness panel further down covers the round check in detail.
Four decisions take a round from the pre-bet screen to its end.
Easy or Hard, chosen on the pre-bet screen before the round starts. The screen shows a maximum of x2031.63 for Easy and x54515.98 for Hard.
Path A and path B are offered at each step. You pick one and the agent moves.
Each cleared step raises the multiplier and adds one to the counter of 30 opponents. Steps and a counter replace spin animation and paylines.
Withdraw is live from the first step. Pass on it for all 30 opponents and the run ends at the boss.
Everything in Hotline Money sits in the base game. These six parts make up the whole game.
The core loop. You move forward one step at a time, and the multiplier rises with each cleared step. On Easy the first steps pay x1.04, x1.13, x1.24, x1.36 and x1.49.
This is the core loop, not a feature you trigger.
Two doors at every step. You pick one each time the agent advances.
Chosen again at every step.
The run ends at a boss after 30 opponents. The splash screen names it as the goal: defeat the boss, collect the prize, save the girl.
Reached at the end of the floor sequence.
You can withdraw from an active run at any step, starting with the first. The round then pays the multiplier on screen.

Two settings, Easy and Hard, chosen before the run begins. Hard shows the higher maximum multiplier.

Two pacing toggles beside the stake controls. Autobet runs Auto Play to a collect step and a round count you set, picking the path at random each step, and Turbo shortens the pauses in the rounds you are watching.

The client exposes a fairness check per round. That screen is where the identifiers for the round you just played are shown.
A round is identified by its Round ID and reconstructed from the Salt and the Hash that go with it. Copy all three before you move on.
Run the values back through the provider's own verification. A fair round reproduces the same result every time.

One round, start to finish
You choose Easy or Hard, pick path A or B on every step, and press Withdraw when you want out.
Hotline Money puts an agent inside a building with 30 opponents and a boss at the end. The action runs on steps, not spins. A round is a run of steps, and on every step you choose a door and then choose whether to continue.
That is the main difference from a reel game. 100HP built an instant title, so the player sets the pace and the round lasts as long as you keep stepping.
The game is drawn as a top-down neon crime story. The splash screen gives the plot in one line: choose a path, defeat the boss, collect the prize, save the girl.
Attack path A and attack path B appear at every step. You pick one, the agent goes through, and the step clears or the round ends.
A cleared step raises the multiplier and moves the counter towards 30/30. On Easy, the first five steps pay x1.04, x1.13, x1.24, x1.36 and x1.49.
A few rounds show how this works faster than a description can, so take a path and start a run.
The Withdraw button is live from the first step and stays live while your run is active. The game is built around it, so treat it as part of the plan rather than a fallback.
Name the exit before the run starts. Decide the step at which you take the money, then hold to it for the whole session, because changing the plan in the middle of a good run always feels reasonable at the time.
So fix the number before a round starts, then open a round and let the number do the deciding for you.
Risk mode is set before the run begins. There are two modes. Easy shows a maximum multiplier of x2031.63 and Hard shows x54515.98.
Check the mode before each round, and set your exit plan after you have chosen it.
Autobet lifts your hand off the button across a stretch of rounds. Turbo strips the waiting out of the rounds you are watching. Both toggles sit beside the stake controls, and both need care in a game that depends on knowing when to stop.
A fast round removes the pause in which you would otherwise reconsider. If you are going to run Turbo, fix the exit first. If you are going to run Autobet, fix the session length first. With a plan in place, both are easier to manage.
The run ends at a boss after 30 opponents, and the splash screen names the boss as the goal. Everything before it is steps cleared and Withdraw passed over.
A spin on a reel title is over in one motion. A run here has up to 30 steps, and at each one you hold a multiplier you could keep. The boss marks the end of that sequence.
Hotline Money returns 96% to players over the long run and launched on 1 October 2026. In the demo, bets run from 0.1 to 150 USD with payouts of up to 10 000 USD, and the pre-bet screen shows the ceiling of each risk mode. Everything else, from the 30-step counter to the boss, sits in one base round.
Provably Fair here means a procedure with three inputs. The client shows a Round ID, a Salt and a Hash for the round you played, and those values let you rebuild the outcome after it has already happened.
Do it once. Pick a round whose result does not matter to you, take the three values, and put them through the provider’s check. A fair round reproduces the same result. After that you know how the check works and can use it whenever a round looks odd.
The 100HP demo loads on this page and starts straight away. Spend a few runs there on the fun balance, learning the steps and the two risk modes.
When pressing Withdraw early feels like a choice you are making, play Hotline Money for real. Check the risk mode and name the step you will stop on before you start.
